A Cultural Evening          Located close to Hellenic College/ 61 Rockwood Street, Jamaica Plain, MA                                                                         

Hosted by the Federation of Hellenic-American Societies of New England Youth Group

Featuring traditional dance performances and the selection of Miss Greek Independence

Friday, April 4th, 2008 – 3:00 – 5:00 pm                                            Massachusetts State House

Greek Independence Day Commemoration                                     GARDENER AUDITORIUM

Hosted by Governor Deval Patrick & the Massachusetts Legislature

A special State House tour will take place one hour prior to the Commemoration. All school children should meet at the lobby of the main entrance to the State House.

Reception in honor of the Commemoration of Greek Independence Day

Grand Marshals: His Eminence Metropolitan Methodios & City of Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino

Celebration at the Boston Common immediately following the Parade

Featuring traditional Dance performances, Greek Food, Greek Music and dancing.
